English Now! Writing Contest

All genres may be entered:

Teachers may submit multiple essays from their classes. They are accepted throughout the year. Contest judging dates are January 31 and May 15. Winners will be notified within 30 days.

Teachers may submit multiple essays from their classes.

Photocopy the students’ original essay(s) and attach a completed LitConn, Inc. Permission Agreement to each essay. Send the essays to the LitConn mailing address or FAX number:

Publishing Essays

LitConn, Inc. welcomes student essays from all classrooms using the English Now! Writing program, for possible publication on the LitConn, Inc. website.

The first priority of LitConn, Inc. is to protect the privacy of students. We will not give personal information received to any party, nor will we share mailing lists.

Online winners will only have their first names and city revealed.

Personal information received by LitConn, Inc. is used exclusively for responding to e-mail messages, clarifying information before publishing the text, or notifying the school administration of a student’s work being chosen as a winning entry.
